Water Extraction in San Francisco, CA — Thorough, Fast, Documented

"The thermal imaging step was what impressed me most. Our San Francisco property looked dry to me, but their camera showed moisture migration behind the baseboard on two walls I never would have suspected. If that had been left in place and the drying missed it, we'd have had mold within the month. Very glad they do this as standard procedure."

"As a property manager in San Francisco with several units, I need water extraction contractors who document everything to adjuster standards and can scale to a multi-unit event. COS Water Damage Restoration has handled two multi-unit extractions for me and both times the documentation was clean, the coordination was smooth, and the bill matched the estimate. That consistency is hard to find."

"The written estimate before extraction was a first for me — every other contractor I've used has just started working and handed me a bill. COS Water Damage Restoration's pricing conversation happens before the equipment turns on. That's the right way to do it and I won't use anyone who doesn't operate this way."
